Calves represents employers in management labor relations, including collective negotiations, working conditions, employee disciplinary matters, labor grievance arbitrations, tenure charges, mediations, and unfair labor practice charges. Calves defends individuals and management in all employment related matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, and retaliation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
